Bruce Washington – provides Construction Management Coaching, Bid Review and Project Oversight services to contractors enrolled in the Tollway program. Bruce works one on one with contractors to facilitate the construction management training portion of the program. He provides guidance in bidding and field management for program participants before and after they have been awarded projects. Bruce brings over 30 years of experience in governmental capital improvement/planning and development programs involving project management, construction, design, asset management, public and community relations.
